This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Desert Sign Trading LLC via desertsign.store.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos and order details.

The item must be unused, uncut, and in original packaging.

Non Returnable Goods

  • Custom-cut or specially manufactured products (unless faulty)
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used

Refunds

Once a returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or as store credit when appropriate. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Replacements

Approved replacement items are dispatched at no extra cost when applicable.
