Delivery Within UAE

  • Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: Orders placed before 3:00 PM may qualify for same day delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Other UAE locations: Estimated delivery in 1–3 working days.

GCC & International Delivery

  • GCC deliveries typically take 5–7 working days, depending on customs and location.
  • International delivery timelines vary by destination and local regulations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Order value

Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible UAE orders as announced on our website.

  • Minimum order value is AED 200. Orders below AED 200 cannot be processed.
  • Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday to Saturday.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE Time) are generally processed on the same business day.
  • Orders received after the cut-off time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
